2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, products must meet the following criteria:
- Requested within 14 calendar days of the delivery date (confirmed via your order tracking number).
- In original, unused condition: No signs of wear, washing, or damage; all original tags, labels, and packaging (e.g., sweater dust bags, shirt plastic covers) must be intact.
- Accompanied by the original order confirmation email or order number (for verification).
Note: Customized items (if applicable) and final-sale products (marked “Clearance” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page) are not eligible for returns.
3. Return Process
Follow these steps to initiate a return:
- Submit a Return Request: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number, product name(s), and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and our designated return address.
- Prepare the Package: Securely pack the eligible product(s) with the RA Number clearly marked on the outer packaging (missing RA Numbers may cause delays).
- Ship the Product: Arrange for shipping to the provided return address. We recommend using a trackable logistics service (e.g., DHL, FedEx) to avoid lost packages—Parchgleam is not responsible for items lost in transit.
4. Shipping & Handling Fees
Parchgleam does not offer free return shipping—all return shipping costs (including international customs duties, if applicable) are borne by the customer.
- We will not reimburse any shipping fees paid by you for returning products.
- Damaged or incorrect items (caused by Parchgleam’s error, e.g., wrong size shipped) are exempt: Contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement (if available) or process a full refund.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned product (typically within 3-5 business days of delivery to our warehouse):
- If the product meets eligibility criteria, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- Refund timelines depend on your payment provider: Most will process funds within 5-10 business days.
- Refunds cover only the original product price—return shipping fees, customs duties, or other customer-incurred costs are not included.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded, unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery:

- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or had tags removed.
