- Asia Pacific: Covering Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, and other key markets.
- Europe & Americas: Major countries including the UK, Germany, USA, and Canada.

Note: We reserve the right to restrict shipping to regions with customs restrictions or logistical limitations.
3. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding weekends, Hong Kong public holidays, and peak seasons like Black Friday). You will receive an order confirmation email once processing begins, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your package departs our warehouse.
Customized items (if applicable) require additional processing time (7-10 business days) and will be clearly marked on the product page.

Parchgleam does not offer free shipping for any orders. Shipping fees are calculated based on three factors:
- Destination region: Hong Kong domestic rates differ from international rates.
- Package weight & dimensions: Heavier/bulkier items (e.g., thick jackets) incur higher fees.
- Shipping method: Express shipping requires additional charges.

6. Customs & Duties
As an international retailer, we are not responsible for:
- Import duties, taxes, or customs fees: These are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

Parchgleam is not liable for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. If you do not receive a delivered package, contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect shipping information provided by you
- Recipient unavailability after multiple delivery attempts
- Refusal of customs duties/taxes
We will notify you via email. You may choose to:
- Pay re-shipping fees for redelivery; or
- Request a refund of the product price (excluding original shipping fees and return-to-sender costs).
Unclaimed packages will be disposed of after 30 days of notification.
